The tracking radar sensor Operational aspects, performances, design criteria and realization problems

Operational aspects, performances, design criteria and realization problems

Abstract: A tracking radar will be illustrated in all the technical aspects, starting from the antenna to the digital signal processing. The aim of the lectures is to provide information about design criteria, quality, implementation aspects and challenges and the constraints that characterize such radar systems. The lectures will be organized to highlight the various design and production topics, based on a real development process. In the lectures, it will be also the opportunity to “put the hands-on” the components of the real radar (antenna, RF components, IF components, signal processing components etc.)

The lectures will be:

Tuesday, May 17, 2018, 9:30 am – Classroom: B9

Monday, May 21, 2018, 11:30 am – Classroom: C7
